overnight, the memory of my phone took 25 MB And I did not download anything or do any update. I have very little memory now and again, it is never stable. It increases slightly, then decreases rapidly …

I saw that you could reset the phone but I’m afraid to lose a lot of things, like my contacts on the sim or lose the store. I’d like to know what to do after you reset to recover important elements of the phone.
