HTC has promised the arrival of Android 4.4 on HTC One KitKat by the end of January. If you have a smartphone developer version, you’re in luck. Indeed, the HTC One unlocked bootloader and Developer edition started receiving the update to Android 4.4 KitKat today, says the Taiwanese firm on Twitter.

We already had insight Sense 5.5 on the HTC One Max. This new interface, which has a new BlinkFeed able to be disabled, also calls on the HTC One. Improvements in photo sensor are also the appointment and new KitKat are also part of this upgrade.

If your device is among the list of smartphones designed to accommodate this update, you should start to receive it today. If this is not the case, it will have to wait a few hours.
