Nokia and HTC manufacturers continue to face justice and the Finnish company again succeeded in imposing its intellectual property by obtaining an injunction allowing him to block the sale of the Taiwanese smartphone. 
Among his numerous patents, Nokia filed a method for transferring information via NFC or Bluetooth connections. If this technology seems relatively wide, it is however not associated with a FRAND license types. This means that it is not considered essential for competition and Nokia is not obliged to sell on reasonable terms and non-discriminatory .

Nokia has obtained an injunction allowing him to block the sale of all of its competitor smartphones in Germany including the latest models in the One range. This decision also allows Nokia to obtain rights to damages.
HTC expected to appeal this decision. Recall that according to Nokia, HTC infringed no less than fifty patents in its Android smartphones.
