a month ago, Nokia won a round in the patent war waged against HTC. An injunction was issued against him, prohibiting the sale of its products HTC One on British soil. Without application, however, the injunction was suspended following the call of the Taiwanese manufacturer.

Nokia does it again: he won his lawsuit against HTC in Germany. On Monday, a judge agreed to an injunction against all HTC devices, including the very recent (and very popular) range HTC One.

HTC he will call?

Finns felt that smartphones HTC violated his right to a “method of information transfer” via NFC or Bluetooth, says Florian Mueller of FOSS Patents. A broad patent in the description, but a judge so just recognized.

In theory, this could mean the end of sale for all current HTC devices in Germany. In theory, since Nokia may enforce the order or not. The prohibition that would result would be permanent. HTC can always call, but its fate is uncertain in Germany.
