The bad blood between Finland and Taiwan, at least in the ruthless world of telephony.

After

managed to ban the sale of HTC One mini England, Nokia would indeed poised to block all sales of smartphones HTC brand in Germany. The reason for this punishment? Again, a dark tale of patent infringement. The driver used by HTC for USB management would indeed be under the thumb of a counterfeit of a proprietary Nokia software use. Result: the Finnish firm does not drop the piece and found there a radical way to fight against the competition in Europe. German judges come anyway to make an initial decision in favor of Nokia, considering that HTC has violated EP 1246. The result of a sales ban in Germany could in any case be financially devastating for the Taiwanese manufacturer, especially since it is not really in the best shape for a few months …. The legal drama seems in any case far from over, and no doubt the next exciting season ahead.
