Patent war: no sale for the HTC One mini ... - ZDNet

Legal : Nokia, HTC, which continued across the Channel for the violation of one of its patents, has seen its complaint validated by the courts. As of December 6, smartphones complained, the HTC One mini, will be banned from sale. Only the HTC One is spared the time a procedure call was successful.

The High Court of Justice of the United Kingdom yesterday issued an injunction against several HTC mobile devices that infringe a patent owned by Nokia. This is the EP0998024 patent relates to a “Modular structure for a transmitter and a mobile station.”
