 HTC One S, CEO of HTC is urged to resume updates

HTC has confirmed that its smartphone One S will not receive any official update to Android OS. This means that the device will have to settle Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean. Also no longer updates HTC Sense. The One S was launched last year as part of smartphones HTC One series. Customers who bought this smartphone will not be happy with the fact that the unit will not receive any update in the future. A new petition started online, urging the CEO of HTC, Peter Chou to reconsider its decision.

HTC One S has almost 16 months. The firm before promised its customers that it will launch the next update for this device. The petition contains links to news HTC posted via his Twitter account and official Facebook, telling customers that the update for the HTC One S will arrive in the future. It was also said in a tweet that the HTC Sense 5 will be placed on this apparatus. For the moment, the petition received over 814 signatures, and there is no o fficial response from the company.
