reset to factory settings using the buttons on the phone
If you can not turn on your phone or access the parameters, it is always possible to reset to the factory using the buttons on the phone
Turn off the phone Press and hold the VOLUME – button.., and briefly press the ON button / OFF. . Release the VOLUME – button when you see an icon on the screen
Then press the following hardware buttons in order: VOLUME +> VOLUME -> ON / OFF> VOLUME – for me it worked.
